Intended Use

Antibody Diluent is intended for antibody dilution in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunoblotting, and other experiments. Specific applications include:

1. Immunohistochemistry (IHC)

Dilution of concentrated primary antibodies to working concentrations

Dilution of concentrated secondary antibodies to working concentrations

Preparation of negative control reagents

2. Antibody Storage

Diluted primary antibodies can be stably stored at 2–8°C, with some products supporting storage for up to 24 months

Diluted antibodies can be stored at 4°C and reused for at least 6 months or more

3. Other Applications

Antibody dilution in immunoblotting (Western Blot) experiments

Suitable for paraffin-embedded tissue sections, frozen sections, HOPE-fixed tissues, and cytological specimens
