The DAB Chromogenic Reagent is intended for chromogenic detection in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) applications. Specific applications include:

1. Histopathology

Immunohistochemical staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections

Immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissue sections

2. Cytology

Immunocytochemistry (ICC) staining of cytological specimens
