Differentiation Solution

This product is a ready-to-use acidic differentiation solution, specifically optimized for immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining workflows. After tissue sections are counterstained with hematoxylin, this solution is employed to precisely remove non-specifically bound hematoxylin from the cytoplasm and tissue background, effectively reducing background staining while rendering nuclear staining clearer and more sharply defined. Its mild acidic formulation ensures effective differentiation while maximizing the preservation of tissue morphological integrity, providing high-contrast, low-background staining results for subsequent microscopic observation.

Intended Use：

Suitable for differentiation processing of paraffin sections, frozen sections, and cell smears following hematoxylin staining in immunohistochemistry (IHC) experiments, to optimize nuclear-cytoplasmic staining contrast.
