Intended Use
Hematoxylin Staining Solution is intended for nuclear staining of tissue cell sections and smears. Specific applications include:
1. Histopathology
H&E staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections
H&E staining of frozen tissue sections
Routine staining of surgical resection specimens and biopsy tissues
2. Cytology
Staining of cytological specimens (smears, liquid-based cytology, etc.)
Nuclear staining in Papanicolaou staining
Staining of blood smears and bone marrow smears
3. Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
