Intended Use
This kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of TM in human plasma.
Primary clinical applications include:
Auxiliary Diagnosis of Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC): Elevated TM levels aid in the early identification and severity assessment of DIC.
Auxiliary Diagnosis of Thrombotic Disorders: Applicable for the auxiliary diagnosis of thrombotic diseases including venous thromboembolism (VTE) and deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
Risk Assessment of Cardiovascular Diseases: TM levels are associated with the development and progression of cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, and can be used for cardiovascular risk assessment.
Assessment of Disease Severity and Prognosis: Plasma TM levels correlate, to some degree, with the severity of organ damage and can serve as a reference indicator for evaluating disease severity and prognosis.
Early Screening of High-Risk Thrombosis Populations: When combined with other novel thrombotic molecular markers such as TAT, PIC, and t-PAIC, this kit can be used for early risk assessment in high-risk thrombosis populations across various clinical departments.
