The Immunochromogenic Reagent is intended for chromogenic detection in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) applications. Specific applications include:

1. Histopathology

Immunohistochemical staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections

Immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissue sections

2. Cytology

Staining of cytological specimens (smears, liquid-based cytology)

Staining of cytospins and cell preparations

3. Immunohistochemistry Detection

Single staining: detection of a single target antigen

Dual staining: simultaneous detection of 2 or more antigen targets on the same slide
